Door prototype

I spent a few hours ripping and routing a few profiles and this is what I came up with that was agreeable to the "BIG BOSS".
The new doors are going to be made out of poplar because everything is going to be painted . The wood is a bit harder than pine and holds paint well. The prototype was just made from some scrap pine.

I like it.

It may be ho-hum to you, but I would really like to see a picture of the shaper setup from which this prototype was produced.

I ask because I'm on the hook for some raised panel doors, and the only ones I have ever made were made entirely on the tablesaw.

Oh, and I've already got the basswood for the effort.

Oops, and HDF for the center.

All I have is a simple router table and a raised panel door making kit from Freud.I also went to the Tooltoday.com site and bought a few edge bits.
I said before that the reason I am refacing everything is that the doors are made out of MDF.Very stable just don't nick the edges .They swell and lose their detail.
I'll be cutting stuff up in the next few days and will take some pictures.
I may even save the MDF raised panels I'll see.

I tried to bead the raised panel with an old molding plane. It worked well with the grain .Was a bust across the grain.Forget about the intersection at the corners
