Leaking Chimney Part 1

Whole corner was lose .Its been leaking for sometime. completely rotted to drywall inside. Not flashed correctly. Actually No flashing!!!!1

Old landing rail was to low and spliced together with 1/4 in luan.

Got rid of playpen look and built new railing and caps out of cypress. Caps are all laminated cypress pieces that are epoxied together.
