Eastern Long Island They are all over the place .It lasts a few weeks then it settles down to a controllable frenzy in deep water spots. They migrate out of hear in the fall and again they are all over the beaches for a few weeks I could use your help in the winter .I have been staying north of Tampa and the last few winters have been cold(I'm sure your don't have to be reminded). Are there any fish for a boat less fisherman?
