 I may have been my last one .I'll be 74 come August .I actually Hired some help on the rock and tiling. The plumbing and wiring

 were installed below framing because of a dropped ceiling to accommodate. A/C.I put all plumbing up in Floor joists.An electrician moved wire

What happens when you take down a 7 ft ceiling and make it an 8

 all utilities were out in middle of room .I had to get plumbing above new ceiling and into plumbing wall.

Bought the finials the rest of the cap was made from scrap cypress and epoxy.
